Faith Jones Runs Away, NWI Patriots Dissolved!

FINALLY! Faith Jones is gone and she's dissolving the long defunct Northwest Indiana Patriots. Apparently, the price of tin foil has gone up and she could no longer afford the materials needed for the half dozen people left in the group.

Now hopefully there's a conservative leader in Northwest Indiana who isn't associated with 9/11 conspiracy nuts, Indiana's proud biggest loser (Mark Leyva), or anyone who has actually thought Faith Jones was a halfway decent leader.

If we get another joke in charge, you can bet the farm that I'll be just as critical of the new group as I was the last group of brain damaged liberal cry babies. For those of you idiots who think I'm a sexist man, try nominating a male who is just as dumb as Faith Jones and see what I have to say.

Things to look for in our new leader:

1. Involved in REPUBLICAN activities and not an open supporter or collaborator of Democrats.

2. Educated enough to write a coherent sentence.

3. Wise enough to exclude unruly, foolish, dishonorable, and otherwise unwanted characters from planning committees and speaker lists.

4. Open enough to welcome local conservatives of all races, colors, creeds, and philosophies.

5. Focused enough not to lose sight of the national issues that bind us all together as conservatives.

These aren't unreasonable criteria for us to have of Tea Party leadership in NW Indiana. In fact, they're probably shared by most conservatives in the region. Faith Jones failed to meet all the criteria and, as a result, the group died (literally).

For people who have dared to pay attention to my writings, you'll know that I'm very supportive of the Tea Party movement nationally and want it to succeed here in Northwest Indiana. That's why I was so tough on the failed leadership that has been in place up until now.

I sincerely hope we get it right this time.

  2. Now that you are finished helping to destroy a good idea rather than working to fix it, what next? If the NWIP is gone and the local Tea Party is marginalized then the bad guys have it easier.

There was a time during the run-up to the primaries when the NWIP was getting large turnouts to events and having a positive effect on the election. Around that time a segment of the membership began concentrating on niche issues (truthers and birthers primarily) and frankly that problem was the virus that infected and killed the animal. Faith Jones euthanized a suffering animal. Too bad more people weren't willing to help when the troubles began...
